Finally, Help Through the Funding Maze. . .
          Assistive Technology Funding Manual

Table of Contents

This manual consists of three parts: Part I is the introduction and provides general information about funding. If you are a beginner in this "game", this section should be helpful; Part II lists governmental agencies that can provide assistive technology funding. Also in Part II are all the private, non-profit agencies and service clubs that can help you in your search for funding. Lastly, Part III lists resources that may be helpful in your search for funding. Good luck on your search. IATP hopes this manual saves you time and that you will find the funding you need.

If you are aware of other potential funding sources, please let us know and we'll add it.

Part II Illinois Funding Resources

In this section we are listing all the possible funding sources for assistive technology that IATP knows about.  If you know of a funding source, or you/your agency is a funding source, please let us know and we will gladly add your information to this guide.

In each link we provide basic information about the funding source (name, location, etc) and then list the programs, or service areas where you can find out more specific information about the funding. For more specific information, call or write the agency.  If you think you're getting the run-around, be sure to use the suggestions in How to Complain and Win. Also see Resources and Other Links listed below.
